B. Refund & Exchange Policy

– Each Ace & Sam outfit is handcrafted to order.

– Due to the custom nature of our designs, refunds are not offered once production begins.

– However, we do offer alterations or remakes in cases of verified fit or quality issues.

– All concerns must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

– We take customer satisfaction seriously — your trust means everything to us.
